uninstall the drivers, install them again, install them in compatibility mode, check the WIA, run the Epson SW in compatibility mode or not. I had same problem with my Epson Perfection V550 Photo - work just fine in Windowws 8.1 but in Windows 10 Pro (new installation on new notebook so also new instalation of epson drivers) dont work at all.
